Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE: All pierced earrings and body jewellery are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.


To start a return, you can contact us at support@smoothielondon.com. If your return is accepted we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible to pay for your return unless the item is faulty. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at  support@smoothielondon.com.

 

Please place the singular faulty item in an envelope along with the returns note. The note should include your NAME, REASON FOR RETURN and ADDRESS. Our team will not be able to refer to messages on social media or emails, so please remember to include the note.

Postage is non-refundable unless the item is faulty.


Damages and issues

If you are reading this due to receiving a faulty item, we are incredibly sorry for this and the inconvenience caused; we promise the item will be replaced for you as soon as possible. If that's not possible you'll be issued a refund. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. As a business, we can not offer refunds or exchanges on any piercing earrings for hygiene reasons unless proven to be faulty.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
