Earlier this month, we (Georgia and Libby — the duo behind Smoothie London) packed our bags, threw on our pinkest outfits, and hit the road for a long-overdue visit to our warehouse.
Yes… after four years of running Smoothie, this was our first time seeing it in person.
Crazy, right?
But it’s true — Smoothie started in 2020 from a tiny bedroom, and in 2022, I (Georgia) moved to the US just after graduating. At the time, we’d outgrown packing orders by hand, so we partnered with a fulfillment centre to keep things running while I was overseas.
Fast forward to 2025, I’m back in the UK and running Smoothie full time — and somehow we’d never actually met the people packing your orders face to face.
Until now.

We’ve worked with the same warehouse team since 2022 — they’re the ones who carefully pack every pink parcel you receive. Meeting them in person reminded us just how much care goes into every step behind the scenes.
It was surreal seeing shelves filled with Smoothie earrings — past collections, bestsellers, and even upcoming pieces we haven’t launched yet. Every piece felt a little more real seeing it stacked, labelled, and ready to ship.
✨ A Little Chaos, A Lot of Love
In true Smoothie style, we made a bit of a trip out of it. We turned our warehouse visit into a full-blown road trip, complete with mini golf, pottery painting, and about 16 singalongs to Espresso by Sabrina Carpenter.
We even made a silly little video narrated by our fake (but very judgmental) accountant - because we believe business doesn’t have to be boring. It’s personal, messy, creative, and a little chaotic - just like us.
